Commission

After years of active involvement in the artisan keycap community, we understand that there is always a great need for that uniqueness factor. That is why we gear our business model towards making highly customised products offered in small runs and low quantities. If that is not enough for your appetite, you may consider our commission service, where unique colorways of our sculpts are tailored for you, and you only.

There are simply no shortcuts to perfection, and we will be with you every step of the way to ensure the outcome is worth your time and investment. Please note that commission service approval is on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Step 1: Consider our commission pricing model and what entails

  • Single cap: $280
  • Two caps: $540
  • More than two: please contact us for further discussion

These prices include your keycap(s) (of course!), standard commission packaging and global shipping fee.

Step 2: Visualize your ideas

The best way of keeping us informed of your ideas is to give them some colors with any sketching software of choice, and we’ve got just the sketches readily available for download below. If for any reasons you are unable to do this, our professional sketcher will get involved for an extra $50 fee.

Only the sculpts listed below are available for commission service. As a rule of thumb, we do not commission sculpts that are, at the time of request, being offered in our raffle sales.

Step 3: Sketch upload and approval/ feedback

  • Log in to your GSK account
  • Submit your sketch by clicking on the button below

Please allow us up to … days to review your ideas. This normally involves thorough discussion with our team members in terms of project feasibility, with regards to technical aspects and our workload at the time.

Step 4: Production and delivery

Following full payment, we will keep you regularly updated on the progress that entails. This includes, but not necessarily limited to, reaching agreement on the final design, prototyping, final production and shipping.
