All of our products are proudly handmade and shipped from Vietnam.
We normally ship out within 10 working days from the end of raffle. Shipping time depends largely on buyer's location, ranging between 7-20 days with standard services and 3-5 days with DHL Express.
We work with different courier & proxy services to ship our products around the world with great reliability.
Depending on the services, your tracking might not be active or show as "awaiting item" during the transit between our country and the proxy's facility. Give it a few days, and contact us if you need further support.
