    • In-stock orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Raffle orders are typically processed within 10-14 business days. However, processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.   
  2. Shipping Methods:

    • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed during the checkout process for in-stock orders or specified in the raffle forms. 
  3. Shipping Locations:

    • We currently ship to most countries around the world. If you have any questions regarding shipping addresses, please contact our customer support.
  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process for in-stock orders or specified in the raffle forms. 
  5. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment through specified courier websites. 

Refund & Exchange Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition within 30 business days of the shipping date.
  2. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support with your order number and details of the issue. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Refund Timeframe:

    • Refunds will be processed within 07 days of receiving the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method.
  4. Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged for reasons due to our error. 

Return Policy

  1. Return Eligibility:

    • Items can be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support to receive a return authorization.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  4. Return Inspection:
